    Job Description

    Position Responsibilities

    • Provide evidence-based behavioral health services, including clinical assessment and individual, group, couples, and family therapy.

    • Develop collaborative treatment plans with clients, identifying goals and supporting measurable progress.

    • Deliver services through both in-person sessions and telehealth platforms.

    • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR).

    • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team to support coordinated care.

    • Coordinate with community partners and referral sources to ensure clients have access to appropriate resources and support.

    • Provide services to diverse populations with a wide range of clinical needs.

    Required Qualifications

    • Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or a related behavioral health field.

    • Current licensure in Utah (LCSW, CSW, AMFT, LMFT, ACMHC, or CMHC).

    • Ability to provide ethical, culturally responsive, and evidence-based therapeutic services.

    • Ability to complete clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Certification or specialized training in domestic violence treatment.

    • Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency.
