This program is designed for individuals who have severe substance abuse problems and other complicating factors (e.g., medical or mental health problems or re-occurring social exposure to substances), are not in need of detoxification services, and would do better in their own living environment. Individuals participate in more frequent services (about 9 hours of therapy weekly) and receive both individual and group therapy.   We also provide case management services, medication management, family therapy, recreational/social counseling, and psychiatric support as needed.   Random substance detection services are typically included.  (American Society of Addiction Medicine-Level II.1)
